We handle the technical processing of payments and ensure that payment transactions are carried out securely, transparently, and reliably.
FOR CONSUMERS
Although we are happy to assist you with any questions you may have, there are certain matters that can only be handled by your contract partner. These include, in particular, receiving notices of termination, amending or terminating contracts, and creating or sending invoices.
Please note: Notices of termination must always be given directly to the company with which you entered into your contract.
