Termination – What You Need to Know

Are you looking to cancel a contract and came across the name "Pay & Collect"? That makes sense, since our name appears on your bank statement as part of the technical processing of payments.

However, Pay & Collect is not your contractual partner. We are solely responsible for the technical processing of payments and therefore cannot accept cancellations or terminate contracts.

Who should I send my notice of termination to?​

A notice of termination must always be sent directly to the company with which you entered into your contract. This company is your contractual partner and handles all contractual matters—including notices of termination.

Here's how to do it

If you would like to cancel your contract, we recommend that you follow these steps:

  • Check which company you signed the contract with.
  • Please send your notice of termination directly to this contracting party.
  • Keep your termination confirmation for your records.
