FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Pay & Collect

Why was my account debited via Pay & Collect?

Pay & Collect handles the technical processing of payments on behalf of companies within our corporate group. Therefore, a debit is generally related to an existing contractual relationship with one of these companies.

Why does "Pay & Collect" appear on my bank statement?

Our name will appear on your bank statement when we handle the technical processing of a payment. However, your contract is directly with the company from which you purchased a service, membership, or subscription.

Is Pay & Collect my contracting party?

No. Pay & Collect is not your contracting party.

We handle only the technical processing of payments. Your contractual relationship is always with the company with which you entered into your contract.

For which company was the payment made?

In many cases, you'll find the name of your contract partner in the payment description for the debit on your bank statement.

If the assignment is not clear, we recommend:

✔ Check the payment description.

✔ Compare existing contracts or memberships.

✔ Please contact us if you need further assistance.

Is Pay & Collect a reputable company?

Yes. Pay & Collect supports companies within our group of companies with the technical processing of payments.

To this end, we rely on standardized processes and modern security mechanisms to process payments in a transparent and reliable manner.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You must always give notice directly to the company with which you signed your contract.

Since Pay & Collect is not your contractual partner, we are unfortunately unable to accept cancellations. However, we would be happy to help you find the right contact person.

Can I get a refund for my direct debit?

If you would like to verify or dispute a direct debit, please contact your bank.

Depending on the specific case, statutory deadlines apply to the return of a SEPA direct debit.
